LOT-Oriel, the exclusive European distributor of ZYGO's metrology products for more than 30 years, formed AMETEK Germany with those employees responsible for sales and service of ZYGO products. This group of highly-skilled people has a long history and high level of competence with optical metrology, and understands how to apply ZYGO technologies to best serve our customers. AMETEK Germany's Weiterstadt office supports distribution all over Europe, and maintains demo/application labs for doing acceptance tests, providing GR&R data, and conducting software training.
